Morgan Sand and Gravel, Inc. in Marathon, WI

Morgan Sand & Gravel, Inc., a third generation family owned company, has been a fixture on the landscape of Highway 29 for many years.  Morgan’s officially incorporated in 1975 but was in existence long before then.  

The company started with modest beginnings in the 1930’s by providing material for the first Highway 29 project.  In the 1950’s a washing and crushing plant were added. The concrete division was formed in the 1980’s.  In the 2000’s the company began producing fractured quarry rock.  Today Morgan’s remains a family owned company owned by the Morgan Family:  Linda (Morgan) Lemmer, Lois (Morgan) Stieber, Timothy Lemmer, and Gordon Stieber.

The company operates a batch plant, washing plant, and crushing plant. We offer ready mixed concrete, colored concrete, concrete supplies, and winter service in addition to producing a variety of aggregates.  Our plant and materials are WisDOT certified. The trucking division delivers material directly to customers as well as working with excavators through on site material handling and dump truck rental.
